We're deploying Splunk, which is supposed to cap itself at 256k but doesn't seem to do exactly that. In locations where we are MPLS, we can handle this with packeteer, but at our international locations where we are a VPN leg, that traffic is hidden in IPSEC tunnel & packeteer can't manage it.
