I like the snagless that still allow for removal, some are damn near
impossible to squeeze the release tab properly.

Unfortunately, I've also had some switches ( like a an HP Procurve ) where
the port spacing was too close, and the snagless casing was too wide to
allow for all 6 cables to be properly plugged in, and if forced, could cause
problems with adjacent ports when removed.

so molded get my overall vote
