I opened up a MMC and added the Print Management snapin on a Win7 32 bit VM
(with admin rights).  Right click on the printer you want to add the 32 bit
drivers -> Properties -> Sharing Tab -> Additional Drivers -> Check the x86
box and it should ask you for the driver location.  Point this to where you
downloaded the 32 bit drivers.  It should copy it back up to the server.  I
had some that I had to do a couple times before it would go.  It took me
almost an entire day to deploy 8 printers ... It should not have to be THIS
hard!
