Jonathan, I appreciate the advice of the community here, but as I mentioned, the user's Outlook was non-functional due to the presence of the previously installed Acrobat. What changed since I installed that 2+ years ago, I don't know, however the user was *DOWN* while this was in there, so I had to get them back up and running ASAP. IF this does not work, I will try one of the other options mentioned here.
