haha, me too: "I don't know if it solved my problem because I'm not sure what the symptoms are. It seems to be relevant, because it implies that I can fix all problems by resetting my print spooler. I personally put forth quite a bit of effort - I clicked on the plus sign next to, "Applies To". Whew, that was a lot of effort. My only suggestion - perhaps shorten it up a bit? I like short, to the point kb articles. :-)"
