Forget about what the gp says, there are so many ways this setting can get stuck, don't even get me ranting... Do a network trace, and see for certain, I don't use isa but I presume you can turn up some logging and search for the wsus server, it shouldn't be in its logs.

This started after a rebuild of the server hosting WSUS, and I can't find what setting I need to modify to get them to report properly. Google-fu has been thwarted - the results I've found don't apply. The WSUS server & all clients are behind the ISA server. All clients are on the same subnet. It's a mix of nearly all current OS's.
