I don't remember the details, but there was a thread on the VIPRE Enterprise forum several months ago discussing problems using the Cisco VPN client after the Premium version was installed. I believe the solution was to uncheck the Sunbelt NDIS filter on the network adapter properties of the Cisco virtual network connection'
Sunbelt may have fixed this problem by now - not sure, and don't know what version of VIPRE you are on.
