We have just announced our guest wireless network, which simply is a different SSID on a different VLAN on our Cisco WAPs, with no auth. It terminates at our firewall, which allows outbound access only. No personal devices on the production wireless network. At all.
All outbound traffic flows through our new Barracuda web filter, including the guest wireless network, so we can see what's happening pretty easily in the "normal" case. We may put up a PSK on the guest wireless at some point, but I was, unfortunately told not to do so yet. We'll see what havoc that wreaks.
