Or are these issues isolated to the specific user on a specific machine? So if the problem is happening to JohnDoe on his PC WorkstationA, if he logs onto WorkstationB does he still experience the lockout? I use Eventcombmt from the 2003 resource kit to search for the following event IDs: 529, 644, 675, 676, 681. It searches all of your DCs for you and dumps the results into text files. Just search the text files for that username and see what client IP is generating it.
