Enterprise Vault 8.0 SP5 Exchange 2003 SP2 Anyone familiar with Symantec Enterprise Vault?
We currently have a single mailbox policy that dictates the archiving behavior for our entire organization. Part of that policy includes the deletion of shortcuts from the user's mailbox after 6 months. We have one Executive that doesn't like that behavior, so I've been tasked with changing it. I can create a separate provisioning group for just his user account and apply a new mailbox policy.
