I'm not familiar with the Juniper solutions, but is there an option on the
client to allow the connection to persist though a log off? Or do they
have the option of adding a connection as a DUN connection? That way the
user could pick that DUN connection to log on with. What is the client OS?

oh yeah we did that. created a local account for them so they aren't using
the administrator one we put on. But how can we get their domain user
account to logon to the laptop for the first time?

Then they can start the VPN. If they map a drive or similar after the VPN
has started, then that will cache the domain credentials

so we had a laptop sent out to a user, and the person who set it up forgot
to logon as that user to cache their credentials and create the profile.
We use Juniper SSL VPN.

any ideas on how we could logon as a new domain user on this computer? The
issue with VPN is that it has to be started AFTER logon.
I think there is a MSGINA we could enable, but i heard it was difficult to
setup and not something we want to use in general.

ideas?
