We're education so we have a Microsoft Campus Agreement. One of the options is an "enterprise"pack that includes the Forefront suite, including FCS and forefront for exchange. We upgraded our license to the Entprise version, allowing us to drop Vipre and Vipre for Exchange(Ninja). We had decent pricing for them as well so it was basically a wash, cost wise. But, the enterprise campus agreement gave us enterprise level cals for exchange and sharepoint so there were other benefits as well.
