Cisco servers (because of the integrated switching), are holding their own, although I wouldn't necessarily use the term "thriving" as yet.
Web Mail -- with or without Outlook integration -- is pure commodity. Microsoft is making money on the back-end of that equation, and Google is just aiming for market share.
