Ah, OK, I didn't understand the use case. Can't say I tried that in earlier Outlook versions. However, I did notice that, in OL2010, if the message is formatted as plain text, you are able to insert all the signatures you want. HTML and RTF messages always seem to want to rewrite the existing signature.
