Autopatcher says its packages come in to 200-300MB for each categorical
update.  The full current wsusoffline store comes in just shy of 10GB.  I
would absolutely go with wsusoffline in this case as, if dealing with an
"offline" situation, you want to have everything with you in case you
encounter something you were not originally prepared for.  wsusoffline will
give you a full raw catalog of the following:


   - Windows 2000 (32-bit) updates
   - Windows 2003 (32/64-bit) updates
   - Office XP (32-bit) updates
   - Office 2003 (32-bit) updates
   - Office 2007 (32/64-bit) updates
   - Vista (32/64-bit) updates
   - Windows 7 (32/64-bit) updates


With this, you can run the equivalent of a full WSUS check/update based on
your offline snapshot of the catalog, or you can create your own
individually scripted installs.
