This came up on an MVP mailing list a couple of months ago, for that specific product.
We concluded that we would want the selling company to provide indemnification in regards to Microsoft licensing. Based on the normal EULAs and PURs, use of this product represents a violation of those EULAs and PURs. Email queries to the company went unanswered. Regards, Michael B.
