This came up on an MVP mailing list a couple of months ago, for that specific
product.

We concluded that we would want the selling company to provide indemnification
in regards to Microsoft licensing. Based on the normal EULAs and PURs, use of
this product represents a violation of those EULAs and PURs. Email queries to
the company went unanswered.

Subject: Anyone worked with this?

http://www.elusiva.com/products/TerminalServerPro.aspx

A part-time minion installed this on an XP workstation in the UK
office, and I'd never heard of it before. He's asking for forgiveness
rather than having asked permission.

Stories, good or bad?

Thanks,

Kurt
