And for that reason alone, I'd be leery too, but I also have to wonder
about the licensing agreement between Elusiva and MSFT.

I have to believe that it's a fairly prickly relationship, as it
breaks a major piece of MSFT's value proposition for their servers -
indeed, if they're using any kind of published API, why haven't I
heard about more folks making this kind of offering?

Well, as long as my manager has an email from MSFT on it, I'm not
going to worry about it.
