Vipre here. However our weekly deep scans are almost as bad as when we had Symmantec. My PC is running the weekly deep now and it's slooooow, even at low priority. I'm slowly enabling wake on lan for all of our PCs, so they can be powered on before staff arrive, then Vipre can do it's thing.
