Telnet fails with both name and ip address.

NSLOOKUP resolves the name correctly.

FireFox gets "The requested URL could not be retrieved" when the ip address is 
entered.

    The Firefox error indicates a problem with name resolution.  What if
  you try by IP address in Firefox?
