I can only speak to an older version of Kaseya - but I can't tell you the
number of times we (company I was working for) had to go onsite anyway to
reboot servers or fix workstations where a patch failed.

Take a look at Windows InTune.

Subject: cloud-based patch and asset management?

I did a quick look through my message store for this list over the past
couple of months and didn't find anything - I confess I did not serach the
archives on this one.

Anyone here have any experience here with cloud-based asset and patch
management offerings, such as Kaseya and Shavlik (or any others)? Anything
good, bad, or otherwise to share?

Thanks,
