You know my friend showed me how to grill a cheese sandwich properly...slice an onion very thinly and stick it in the sandwich along with bacon and tomato...butter both sides (obviously) and add a little mayo (my idea), some seasoning salt (I like Slap yo Mama) and put it on the grill (BBQ) over the fire for a few minutes so it gets nice and crispy, the cheese melts properly and the onion softens just a little, but not enough so it doesn't get soggy. The most fantastic sandwich...
