Not sure how much value you get from a couple servers plus associated load balancing infrastructure that are passing back HTTPS/SMTP versus just NATing it across the firewall. Looking at most of the large scale Exchange deployments I've worked plus all my current mid-scale customers, very few of them have any sort of TMG style appliance in front of stuff.
