You gotta look at the protocol receive/transmit logs to tell more. Regards,

All of them use Exchange 2003 except one with Exchange 2010. The 2010 server users called today to report that no outside email was being received. When I look at ESM on the main 2003 server it shows almost 200 messages in the queues, half of which are in the "Messages queued for deferred delivery" queue and the other half in the RGC for that server to the 2010 server showing "An SMTP protocol error has occurred." I have tried deleting the RGC's from the 2003 servers and recreating them from the 2010 server in the shell and restarting the Transport service with no luck. They currently use GFI Mail Protection, but I have checked and it is not blocking anything. Where do I need to look? It seems to only be mail going to the 2010 users, not any of the others.
