I was very happy with my pSeries, xSeries, blade center, and HS20/21 blades in my last gig. IBM support was always top notch, and I always got someone in my region, as far as I can remember. (Atlanta and RTP).
I'm now working exclusively with HP Proliant DL and Blades....could be worse, but I miss my Itty Bitty Machines.
