As long as you've considered your needs and your clients needs then the service will be a good fit for you.
Personally I think Google as a company is entering where Microsoft was 20 years ago and several recent events have shown them being less then careful with their attitude towards data and others licenses which will take several years to straighten out. Nothing that won't be overcome, but still an annoyance for anyone caught in the middle.
