Living with EVDO as my best broadband solution at home has led me to follow http://www.evdoforums.com/ for a number of years.
That is pretty much the most consistent source of good info I have found. They have a very active support group just for the Cradlepoint stuff. It still hosted by 3GStore if I'm not mistake, if you need to buy this type of gear, you can't go wrong with them.
