I have users who are unable to view a recorded GoToMeeting presentation on their XP boxes with Windows Media Player. They get an error message that the G2M3 codec is missing and can only play the audio portion of the presentation. We've tried every iteration of the G2M3 codec we can locate without success. VLC won't play the file, either.
On my Windows 7 machine with WMP 12.x the same file plays fine. Any suggestions or alternative players to try?
