I have a single user who cannot get to Options->General Settings in their 2010 OWA account. For some reason their theme changed to one that no one else has, and the general settings option (where we can change the theme) is not available. Every other user in the domain has this available to them though.
How would I go about either resetting this, or granting the user the ability to see this again?
