Subject: Server 2008 stuck in reboot loop

Hi There,

One of our 2008 R1 x64 servers was rebooted as it had been pending reboot
following updates on of our other admins installed on the 13th.

The server now boots up passed the starting Windows KITT bar thing, and gets to
a black screen with a white cursor, and then sites for approx 10 secs and
reboots.

None of the boot options such as safe mode, Last known good etc. work any
further than the same screen.

All the technet and articles I can find are the machine freexing on the black
screen, with no input other than the mouse moving, or you can ctrl alt del, and
rune explorer etc, ours doesnt do anything other than the mouse moves and you
can ping the server for 10 secs.

Any one got any suggestions.

Thanks

Graeme
