I agree Stu, the entire process is a PITA the first time. It took me 3 weeks to get mine to where it passed the validation test and then the 2nd TOC file didn't get processed properly. Now my book doesn't have the proper 2nd TOC markers on the bottom of the screen. What is the kicker is the Kindle files and the iBook files have the same names and formatting and format codes but they are totally incompatible.
