Which illustrates that 1) consumers should always use credit cards if they have them, paying off the balance every month, and 2) even when credit cards are compromised there's very little action taken by the banks to the irresponsible merchants, because they're literally printing money from their credit card operations because consumers DON'T pay them off every month. So, it's all a consequence of having cheap money.
