I'm not aware of such a list, though I don't doubt one exists...But, you can
view installed updates as well as the date they were installed in Control
Panel/Programs/Programs and Features/Installed Updates

Subject: Windows Update list

Is there a comprehensive list anywhere of Windows Updates (specificlly, looking
for Windows 7) with the dates that they come out? I'm trying to troubleshoot an
application that has suddenly stopped working on Windows 7 systems. It appears
to be a Windows firewall issue, and I'm wondering if users with automatic
updtes enabled may be affected, and exactly why.
