Hi Guys,

Is there anyone who can provide me with some help troubleshooting a Citrix
printing policy?

The user has what seems to be a correctly filtered printing policy.

The correct drivers are installed as the Citrix server can print to the
affected printers.

Strangely the user is just not getting the printing policy I expect him to
have.

I'm at something of a loss.  It did work and then magically stopped.  Any
help would be appreciated.
