Add another mailbox to the distribution list, and then write a simple app to monitor the new account, extract the attachment(s) print & the delete the message. However there may be neater solutions out there. This is the first idea which jumps out of my head (as I have no specific knowledge of Exchange, which I guess you are running - 2003).
