Been over a week, support still sucks. I am now playing phone tag for something 
that I am sure is just a simple KB article. We use PGP Whole Disk Encryption 
(or whatever Sh*tmantec they want to label it now). I have downloaded their 
latest PGP desktop client and I simply need to add it to the PGP Universal 
Server.

Should be a simple document, but Symantec insists I can't get the answer unless 
I talk to the specific tech person assigned to my case.

I called them at 11am local, said I'd get a call right back, they left me a VM 
at 3:05pm local. I leave at 3PM...
