We have full patching on around 600 servers in our dev (wed) and testing
(thur) environments and haven't add any reported issues yet. Since we do a
full patch on production on Saturday it they've seen anything it's reported
by now.

We run HP servers, blades and dl class some scattered g1's left, mor in the
g4/5/6 range and a handful of g7's.

Wasn't there an optional patch a few months ago about 'without this patch
you may have problems with future updates'? Vaguly remember reading about
it but can't find any answer in my all to brief about to leave the office
searches.
