I find the [Print Screen] key works pretty well. (It captures a bitmap of the screen to the clipboard.) [Alt]+[Print Screen] will capture just the current window. I usually paste it into MS Paint and save as a PNG. PNG = lossless, full-color, small. BMP is huge. JPEG is lossy -- fine for photos, not good for screen shots. > Anyway, management likes to print screenshots of the website ... I recall reading of some Firefox extension that will dump a bitmap of an entire webpage, even if the whole thing won't fit on the screen at once. Never tried it, but it might be useful for that. -- Ben ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~ --- To manage subscriptions click here: http://lyris.sunbelt-software.com/read/my_forums/ or send an email to [email protected] with the body: unsubscribe ntsysadmin
