You may "have to" if your company needs to meet certain security
compliances.

 

We have to meet PCI. There's one left and porting the apps/services
(built in-house) over to 2k3 is being a real biatch!

How big of  deal would it be to you guys if you re-realized you have 4
Windows 2000 servers on your network - not file/print, but stuff that
supports the phone system. I see big security hole, but not sure how
hard to pitch "we really need to get those off our wire".
