Thanks for the information. We already have a few staff who managed to get it installed, and they are not administrators. The issue for us is more a compatability issue: our clinical web application works only with Internet Explorer. Those users called and it wouldn't work on Chrome. We tell our staff via written and published policy that if IT sees something on a PC that is not part of the image, and it's not needed for work, the software is removed or PC re-imaged. I've blocked it at the firewall. Our workstation management system will uninstall it, if found.
