Everyone is a non-admin, and have UAC off until I upgrade to 2008 domain
where I can control it via GPO...

I run as a non-admin and have it on and have not throttled down the
prompts. It is awesome with it on, when I hit ADUC or something like
that it is smart enough to prompt me for my admin credentials. Other
than that...as soon as my system was set....up I hardly ever see it
anymore.

I swear I read somewhere there is good reason to keep UAC on and just
throttle down the prompts....
