I built my first W7 machine for prod this week. I was doing some research for security best practices before I deploy it to my developers and I read that somewhere that it should be on. Mine is on. I never turned it off on my test machines either.

I swear I read somewhere there is good reason to keep UAC on and just throttle down the prompts (with Win7 I've left it at default), but I'll be damned if I can find it at the moment.
