Sorry to take so long to get back to this thread. I have installed the 3 out of band and the Office SP to Win 7 x 32 and Win 7 x64 machines with no issues seen by either machine after about 3 days of work. The x32 has IE 8 the x64 has IE 9 if that makes any difference.
