In the Files section of the project page there is now a folder
"2.6.31 testing kernels" that contains three kernel images.
"Mach Kernel" is for use with MkLinux Booter
"MachKernel.elf" is for use with miboot and BootX 1.1.3
"miboot.image" is for use with miboot and BootX 1.2.1
There is now also a custom version of BootX 1.2.1 in the BootX folder
that works on my PB1400.

Currently on PowerBooks (500PPC, 5300, 1400) the kernel should launch
but will have severe difficulties on hard disk access.
On Performas (5200 and 6200) it might launch successfully but if it
doesn't Florian would have to look into it as he owns a Performa.
All other machines (PDM) are unsupported yet.

Please don't expect anything to work yet. This kernels are just for
me to know if there are any additional problems that I didn't notice
yet. Until now I always get a data access exception when I try to use
an initrd ramdisk,

I'd like to know of the results you get with this kernels:
Do you get anything on the screen?
Where does it stop?
Does it shut down inexpectedly?
Does the kernel enter XMON?
Can you type characters with the keyboard?
Do all the images work on your machine with all the different boot
loaders?

Thanks,
Tobias
