Several years ago, when I was installing Debian on my powerbook 5300cs, I
have borrowed scsci cdrom in order to boot it.
Besides, I also was using power stabilizer, because notebook was unable to
boot from cdrom, if cdrom was not connected via stabilizer:
Is there a way to install the system without cdrom device? I am just
curisous in case I will need to reinstall it. Or if I upgrade to Etch and
then decide to go back to Sarge.
Thank you

Sincerely,
Norayr
