If you want to have a node that creates motion vectors the same way as 
F_VectorGenerator you need to fill in the four channels...
      Chan_U 
      Chan_V 
      Chan_Backward_U 
      Chan_Backward_V

I am no expert on the SDK, but there are examples that show how to fill in 
other channels than RGB.

If you want to use them, request them from your input(s) as well as RGB and do 
what you need to do with them.
