If you want to have a node that creates motion vectors the same way as F_VectorGenerator you need to fill in the four channels... Chan_U Chan_V Chan_Backward_U Chan_Backward_V
I am no expert on the SDK, but there are examples that show how to fill in other channels than RGB.
