NDK, if possible.  I suppose it would be possible to construct a script and 
send it to the Python interpreter from C++… tho I’ve never tried.

There is a ‘Tab_knob’, now that I look specifically for it.  Thanks, Nathan, 
looks like that may do the trick!

Tabs are just another knob type, and other types of knobs are simply added to 
the last-created tab. Are you talking about creating them via Python or via the 
NDK? There may be some more specific intricacies involved in managing them in 
C++, but given that they are constructed the same way, I imagine this is 
unlikely.

Could someone please direct me to a description of how to manage (i.e., create, 
select, remove) Tabs in the Properties window that contain the Knobs? I've 
looked everywhere, and can find references to people 'creating tabs', but
