If you are talking about Qt and not pyqt, you can get it from the
foundry website at : http://docs.thefoundry.co.uk/nuke/

or can look at the qt archive at ftp://ftp.qt.nokia.com/

You need this to build PyQt on windows for nuke to match nuke's
pyqt.

...wich I did not accomplished....

Question. Where do obtain pyqt v4.6.2? I attempted to set it up
at my studio with the current version of pyqt 4.8.3. It didn't
work. I would get dll load errors when I attempt to load the
QtGui module. I assumed it was because I needed 4.6.2. I am also
on windows 7 64bit.
