A small efficiency note about that - since Tile access is often in some kind of 
pixel inner-loop, using the clamp methods does incur some overhead that can 
lead to slow(er) code.
Try to avoid that by pre-clamping the loop to the Tile's valid range (you need 
to handle any pixel repetition too.)
