Hello,

I am wondering how to set Default input channels of the captioned knob, I 
notice that the default Nuke Blur Op has an "all" default channel set once it's 
created without any viewer/writer nodes connected, so I guess there's a way to 
define the default/preferred channels at the Iop::knobs() call or ?

Any hint on this ?  What I want to to do is to define some preferred default 
channels on my knob, say "rgb" or "rgba".  I have a hack working but relied on 
_validate() which means it only works when some downstream Op is connected ....
