just to go through all of the possibilities... you have an #include
"DDImage/ImageCache.h"? thought i'd double check :)

i guess without more of the code it's going to be hard to debug, i haven't
used ImageCache before but can't imagine it not working so i did a quick
test and was able to compile a plugin with a ImageCacheI in it, so it's
definitely doable.

what operating system and version of nuke are you using?
